About us

We're Roam and Build and we're made from a nomadic way of working. We believe location shouldn't limit what you build, so we specialise in crafting sites, identities, and campaigns for founders in outdoor, travel, and adventure.

Roam and Build grew from a desire to do things differently. The traditional agency model felt disconnected from the very freedom our clients were selling. As people who work and live on the road, we wanted more. In 2007, H+I Adventures was born. Initially, we offered tours in the Scottish Highlands (at that time ‘H+I’ stood for ‘Highlands and Islands’) with a small team of local guides. Then, driven by our riders and our own love of travel, we launched our international adventures and grew our family of guides to the outstanding global team that you see today.

We wanted to build a studio that reflected and fuelled our own way of living. Most importantly, this meant working closely with founders who were building something real, not just another brand. Together with our expert local teams we painstakingly craft, not only the routes you’ll ride, but every aspect of your adventure.
